NoisyQubit

How quickly do you have to operate on an entangled qubit before noise kills entanglement? For Markovian white noise you have a fixed amount of time before the accumulation of noise kills entanglement forever. If the noise is structured and non-Markovian, however, the decoherent effects of noise can be reversed, leading to the recovery of entanglement with increasing operation time. Our solver calculates the dynamical map of a single qubit with non-Markovian noise in real time so you can see this counterintuitive effect for yourself.
